Masterpiece Smiles Orthodontics has served families throughout Cobb County since 1987. Led by Dr. W. Glenn Lewis, our practice provides personalized orthodontic care from two convenient offices in Marietta and Kennesaw. Orthodontic Specialist
Dr. W. Glenn Lewis is an experienced orthodontic specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, functional, and confident smiles. He provides orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults at our Marietta orthodontic office and Kennesaw orthodontic office.
Dr. Lewis completed his orthodontic residency at Emory University, an American Dental Association-accredited program that included three years of advanced, specialized training in orthodontics. Prior to Emory, he completed his pre-doctoral studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned his dental degree in general dentistry.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Dr. Lewis spent more than a decade living in Europe, including time in Germany and Spain, before settling in Atlanta. He is fluent in Spanish, a skill shaped by both his years abroad and his Colombian mother, allowing him to comfortably serve Spanish-speaking patients and families.
Dr. Lewis works closely with his longtime partner, Dr. Carolina Blanco, who holds a foreign specialty degree in orthodontics and serves as the practice’s Orthodontic Appliance Administrator. She supports clinical efficiency and treatment planning, particularly in appliance management.
Committed to staying current with advancements in orthodontic technology, Dr. Lewis believes orthodontic treatment is about more than aesthetics. It also plays an important role in long-term oral health, function, and overall well-being.
I joined Masterpiece Smiles in 2011. I enjoy helping in all aspects of the business and our patients' care. My family and I spend our free time going on as many adventures as possible.
Dr. Carolina Blanco manages appliance selection, inventory, and treatment support for metal braces, ceramic braces, and clear aligners. A Woman International Chess Master, she also developed ChessSmile™ braces with brackets shaped like chess pieces.
I grew up in Savannah, Georgia, and have been in orthodontics for over 35 years. I enjoy hiking, travelling, and volunteering at Furkids Animal Shelter.
I first met Dr. Lewis 13 years ago as one of his patients. After years of him getting to know me he then offered me a position to become one of his Orthodontic Assistants. I have enjoyed every minute of it. In my spare time, I love playing video games and spending time on the lake.
What I love most about working with Dr. Lewis is helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their smiles. Being bilingual in Spanish allows me to connect with more patients and make their experience even more welcoming. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring Colombian recipes, and spending time with my family, which keeps me inspired and energized.
