We Need Your Help!

Help us search for a special someone who could really benefit from orthodontic treatment but, for any number of reasons. can not afford it.

Please be considerate in recommending only those who are in true financial distress, or due to circumstances beyond their control would never be able to receive the gift of a beautiful Masterpiece Smile.

Please submit a short essay explaining why they should be selected. Deadline for applications is Friday December 29th. Applications may be mailed to:
